New Patio Installation in Rugby
Our patio contractors deliver exceptional value when installing all types of patios in Rugby, from sandstone to granite stone, porcelain, limestone and various other surfacing styles.
A professionally installed patio transforms your outdoor living space and increases your property value in Rugby. Whether you are converting an underutilised garden area, replacing deteriorated old paving or extending an existing patio, the installation process is just as important as the materials you select.
Our experienced patio installers provide a complimentary estimate seven days a week to evaluate your project and discuss all available options for your new patio installation in Rugby.
We generally recommend patios should extend at least 3 to 4 metres from your property to allow for comfortable furniture arrangement. South or west facing positions receive optimal sunlight, though shade considerations are equally important. Prolonged exposure to strong afternoon sun without alternative options is not ideal for everyone.
We also evaluate levels in relation to your damp proof course. The finished paving must be positioned no less than 150mm below internal floor height to prevent moisture ingress into your property.
Patio Surfacing Options Rugby
Indian sandstone remains a popular choice, offering durability, affordability and availability in numerous colours.
Porcelain provides low maintenance requirements and a consistent appearance, whilst natural stone such as Limestone Patios or Granite Stone Patios delivers a premium aesthetic.
Garden paving performs exceptionally well for patios, particularly when geometric patterns are desired.
We discuss options based on your budget, intended use and whether you require additional features such as drainage systems and steps integrated into your patio design.

Fabulous job from Summit Driveways, a hard working team and the service was seamless from initial quote through to finished driveway. We are extremely pleased, and would highly recommend.
After getting several quotes for a new drive I decided to go with Summit. As well as a very competitive quote, I am also very pleased with the quality of the work undertaken, and the care taken during construction.
Summit Driveways have recently installed a new driveway at my property. Rob visited to discuss my requirements and answer any questions that I had. He supplied a detailed quote that was reasonably priced. Given the current hot weather the team were hard working. They arrived promptly and left the site tidy at the end of each day. A professional company who I highly recommend.
